Mexico reports 118 cases of violations against human rights defenders in 2021

Mexico City, Aug 23 (EFE).- Mexico recorded 118 cases of human rights violations against human rights defenders in 2021, according to the report presented by various non-governmental organizations in Mexico City on Tuesday.

The data is not an isolated figure, since this report has been in the making for 11 years, said Jade Ramírez Cuevas, co-founder of the Perimetral media portal, during a press conference. (Camera: ULISES ANDRADE).
