Mexico says its open to international scrutiny on disappearances

Mexico City, Aug 30 (EFE), (Camera: Miguel Ángel Andrade) - Mexico is currently open to scrutiny and international cooperation on missing persons after authorities denied the existence of a crisis and the impossibility of generating effective coordination, said the undersecretary of Human Rights, Population and Migration of the Mexican Government, Alejandro Encinas.
