Mexico City and Catalonia sign memorandum to consolidate their "historic relations"

Mexico City, Apr 19 (EFE).- The Government of Mexico City and the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia signed this Friday a Memorandum of Understanding to consolidate the "historic relations" between the two territories, in the words of the Catalan Regional Secretary for Foreign Action and the European Union, Meritxell Serret.
