Mexican farmers, chefs seek to preserve historic dish of 'chile en nogada'

Guadalajara, Aug 20 (EFE).- Mexican producers seek to preserve the flavor and color of chile en nogada, the historic dish of the national holidays, which would be impossible without the farmers who fight to rescue the Creole chile from the threats of the climate crisis.
