Mexican Army presents Arkadas, rescue puppy donated by Turkey

Mexico City, May 3 (EFE) - The Mexican Army on Wednesday presented Arkadas, a German shepherd puppy donated by the people of Turkey in appreciation of the Mexican government's humanitarian aid after the earthquakes in the Eurasian country.
