Members of the Haitian Transitional Presidential Council are sworn in

Port-au-Prince, April 25 (EFE).- The members of the Presidential Transition Council of Haiti were sworn in this Thursday in a ceremony held early in the morning in the presence of a small group of personalities, ahead of the official time scheduled for the installation ceremony of this body.
