Mega-jail for Salvadoran gangs operates at 30% of its capacity and records no deaths

Tecoluca (El Salvador), Oct 12 (EFE).- The Salvadoran mega-prison inaugurated last February to house 40,000 gang members convicted or detained under an exceptional regime is operating at 30% of its capacity and is not registering any deaths inside, according to prison authorities.
