McDonalds holds its annual congress in Barcelona, first time outside North America

Barcelona (Spain), Apr 8 (EFE) - Some 14,000 employees, franchisees, and suppliers from around the world of the fast food restaurant chain McDonalds will meet in Barcelona from Monday to Thursday as part of its annual congress, which is being held for the first time outside North America.
