Martín Berasategui visits Burela fish market to promote his skewered hake

Burela (Lugo, Spain), Aug 10 (EFE). (Camera: Eliseo Trigo).- Basque chef Martín Berasategui, awarded twelve Michelin stars and twelve Repsol Suns, visited the Burela fish market (Lugo) this Thursday to promote hake on the skewer as an ambassador for this fishery product.

In fact, Berasategui works as a gastronomic advisor for the 'Merluza d& Burela' brand from its restaurants and actively participates in promotional campaigns.
