Manila celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival with lantern painting contest

Manila, Sep 29 (EFE/EPA).- Filipinos attended a lantern painting contest for youth Friday to mark the Mid-Autumn Festival in Manila.

The Mid-Autumn Festival or Moon Festival, is a traditional holiday in the Chinese calendar celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month. (Camera: ROLEX DELA PENA).
