A mandarin recipe wins the National Pickled Vegetables Competition in Spain

Madrid, January 31 (EFE).- The Epílogo restaurant in Ciudad Real by chef Rubén Sánchez obtains first place in the National Pickled Contest with a Tomelloso dish attached to tradition but with creative freedom, while Quinqué (Madrid) and La mesa de Conus (Vigo) came second and third.
