Maduro proposes constitutional reform to include life imprisonment against corrupt people

Caracas, Apr 13 (EFE) - Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro proposed on Saturday a constitutional reform to include "now" the penalty of life imprisonment against "country sellers" and corrupt people, so that "those people rot for life in jail", after expressing the "pain" caused by the "betrayal" of former officials accused of corruption, including former Oil Minister Tareck el Aissami.
