Madrid doctors to resume strike after negotiation fails | Video

Madrid, Jan 11 (EFE).- Spain's Amyts union decided to resume Thursday the indefinite strike of family doctors and primary care paediatricians due to the failure of negotiations between the Ministry of Health and the committee of strike.

The indefinite strike, sparked by the deterioration of primary care in Madrid, began on Nov. 21 and was temporarily suspended on Dec. 22, after six unsuccessful meetings between the Government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso and the union. (Camera: ENRIQUE DEL VISO / TATO PÉREZ).
