Luis Arce: "The right of Bolivians to a sovereign access to the sea is unrenounceable"

La Paz, Mar 19 (EFE) - The president of Bolivia, Luis Arce, ratified this Tuesday that the aspiration of his country to recover the sovereign access to the Pacific Ocean lost to Chile is "unrenounceable" and that the possibility of dialogue is not closed.
