Lopez Obrador promises to "get Acapulco back on its feet" for Christmas after Hurricane Otis' passage

Mexico City, Oct 31 (EFE).- Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador promised on Tuesday to "get Acapulco back on its feet" for Christmas after the historic battering of Hurricane Otis, which has left 46 dead and an as yet unquantified number of damages after hitting the southern state of Guerrero last week.
