London court allows WikiLeaks founder Assange to appeal US extradition

London, May 20 (EFE).- The London High Court allowed WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to file a new appeal against his extradition to the United States, where he faces 18 charges of espionage and data breach.

Judges Victoria Sharp and Jeremy Johnson permitted Assange to appeal at another future hearing against assurances offered by the US about the treatment he would receive if he were extradited
