The Lluc Guix King Cake, a tradition in Menorca | Video

Mahón, Jan 5 (EFE).- The King Cake is a dessert that these days presides over family tables and Christmas baskets. On the eve of Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar's visit to Menorca, the workshop of master pastry chef Lluc Guix, from Es Mercadal, is one of the most requested ovens.

This pastry chef of Catalan origin has developed a version of the roscón low in fat and sugar, but maintaining the tradition of this Christmas sweet that is already a phenomenon in Menorca.
