'Legitimate Assembly': the sliver of power to which some former deputies of Venezuela cling

Caracas, Jan 17 (EFE).- A group of former opposition deputies in Venezuela is determined to keep alive a sort of virtual forum called 'legitimate National Assembly', in allusion to the institution to which they belonged until January 2021, when Chavism regained control of the House, which on Wednesday seeks to end this stronghold of politicians who have access to the country's resources abroad.
