Five large Chinese companies delist ADRs from New York Stock Exchange

Hong Kong, Aug 15 (EFE/EPA).- China Life Insurance, Sinopec, PetroChina, Chalco, and Shanghai Petrochemical issued successive announcements on Friday to delist their companies from the New York Stock Exchange's ADR list.

ADRs are financial instruments required for foreign entities to list their shares on the US stock exchange. (Camera: JEROME FAVRE).
