First Kazakh school teaching in Spanish opens in Astana

Astana (Kazakhstan), May 29 (EFE) - (Camera: Kulpash Konyrova) The first Kazakh school teaching subjects in Spanish, the Royal Lope de Vega Academy, was inaugurated on Monday in a solemn ceremony in Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana.

"It is an absolute honor to be able to participate in the official opening of the Royal Lope de Vega Academy, the first school to have accredited subjects taught in Spanish," said the Spanish Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Jorge Urbiola, in an interview with EFE.
