Japanese yen falls to weakest level since 1986

Tokyo, Jun 27 (EFE/EPA).- The Japanese yen fell to the upper 160-yen per US dollar range on the Tokyo foreign exchange market during the morning trading on Thursday, its weakest level since December 1986.

The euro surged against the yen overnight, reaching its highest level since its introduction in 1999. (Camera: FRANCK ROBICHON).
