Japan tourists increase to nearly 2.79 million in 2024

Nagoya, Apr 8 (EFE/EPA).- According to data released on Monday by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), almost 2.79 million tourists from abroad visited Japan in February, almost twice the number of the same month last year.

The data represented a 7.1 percent increase from the same month in 2019, before the spread of the Covid-19. (Camera: FRANCK ROBICHON).
