Japan receives nearly 2.79 million tourists in 2024

Tokyo, Apr 8 (EFE/EPA).- The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported on Monday the data which showed that almost 2.79 million tourists from abroad visited Japan in February, almost twice the number of the same month from previous year.

The data also showed a 7.1 percent increase from the same month in 2019, before the spread of the Covid-19. (Camera: KIMIMASA MAYAMA).
