Inmate death toll rises to two following Ecuador prison riot

Guayaquil/Quito, Mar 28 (EFE) - The number of dead in the riot that took place last night in the regional prison of the coastal city of Guayaquil has risen to two, while Ecuador is in a state of emergency, confirmed on Thursday the commander of zone 8, Victor Herrera, stating that the fatalities were inmates.
