An inflatable private jet in front of European Parliament to call for taxation of large fortunes

Brussels (Belgium), Apr 11 (EFE) - Several organisations dedicated to fighting poverty and defending human rights placed an inflatable plane, representing a private jet, in front of the European Parliament in Brussels on Thursday to demand taxes on the European Union's (EU) big fortunes.

Avaaz, WeMove Europe and Oxfam, accompanied by a group of climate activists, orchestrated the protest in front of the European Parliament, near Luxembourg Square, while a plenary session of MEPs is taking place on Thursday.
