India's Kolkata reports sharp rise in Covid-19 cases

Kolkata, Jul 4 (EFE/EPA).- The Covid-19 infections are on the rise in eastern Indian city of Kolkata, after health restrictions were lifted.

India recorded 16,103 fresh COVID-19 cases nationwide in the last 24 hours, according to the Indian Health Ministry. (Camera: PIYAL ADHIKARY).
