Bikaner, Apr 19 (EFE).- With almost one billion voters, India began voting on Friday in the world's biggest elections, in which Hindu nationalist Prime Minister Narendra Modi will seek a third term.Polling stations opened at 7 am in around 100 constituencies of over 20 states for the first phase of India's six-week long general elections, the Election Commission of India (ECI) confirmed to EFE.
