India braces for new Covid-19 outbreak, logs over 10,000 daily infections

New Delhi/Chennai/Bangalore, Apr 13 (EFE/EPA).- India on Thursday logged more than 10,000 new Covid-19 infections in a fresh coronavirus spike that officials estimate to last a few weeks.

According to the health ministry data, 10,158 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours from Wednesday morning. (Camera: ARCHIVE).
