ICRC in Mexico warns that criminal groups "take advantage" of migrants

Mexico City, Apr 23 (EFE).- Fighting disinformation is one of the main challenges of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), as many migrants are deceived by criminal networks through digital platforms, warned Olivier Dubois, head of the delegation for Mexico and Central America of this humanitarian organization, in an interview with EFE.
