Hundreds gather in Sana'a for mass funeral of Houthi fighters killed in US-UK airstrikes

Sana'a, Jan 14 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Yahya Arhab) Houthis attended the funeral of six slain Houthi fighters on Sunday at the Shaab mosque in Sana'a, two days after they were killed in recent USA-UK-carried out airstrikes on Houthi sites.

At least six Houthi fighters were killed and five others wounded in airstrikes carried out on 12 Jan 2024 by the US and Britain against several Houthis-controlled sites in Yemen in response to recent Houthis attacks on shipping lanes in the Red Sea, according to the Houthis military spokesman Yahya Sarea.
