Hope among Venezuelans in Mexico after the U.S. Title 42 blockage

Ciudad Juarez (Mexico), Nov 16 (EFE), (Camera: Raul Morales)- Hope returned Wednesday to thousands of Venezuelan migrants stranded in northern Mexico after a U.S. federal judge blocked Title 42, a measure that implied their immediate deportation.

The Venezuelans learned of the ruling by federal judge Emmet Sullivan, who on Tuesday described as "arbitrary and capricious" Title 42, which began to be applied in 2020 during the presidency of Donald Trump (2017-2021) and has been maintained during the current administration of Joe Biden.
