Homicides rise on Mexico's northern border as migration drops

Ciudad Juarez (Mexico), Jul 2 (EFE) - Authorities in Chihuahua, a state on Mexico's border with the United States, warned Tuesday of a 33% monthly increase in homicides in the state capital of the same name and 7% in Ciudad Juarez, which coincides with a drop in migration.
