Historical stadium Yves-du-Manoir reopens ahead of Paris Olympics

Colombes, France, Mar 19 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Yoan Valat) Very few stadiums boast of having hosted Olympic Games twice and with an interval of a century. The Yves-du-Manoir, site of the opening ceremony of the 1924 Olympic Games, enters that select club. In addition to the inauguration of those Games, the stadium that takes its name from a legendary rugby player, hosted athletics, football, rugby and fencing 100 years ago.
