"Hemisferios" is a biodiversity reserve and "water factory" in Ecuador

Napo (Ecuador), Mar 15 (EFE).- Three hours from the asphalt city of Quito, and crossing the dry inter-Andean valley and the páramo, is the Hemisferios Ecological Reserve, a "water factory" and transition zone between the Cloudy and Andean forests that, in 2,168 hectares, is home to countless species of flora and fauna at the gateway to the Ecuadorian Amazon.
