Haiti's interim council appoints Edgar Leblanc Fils as its head

Port-au-Prince, Apr 30 (EFE) - Haiti's Presidential Council on Tuesday elected Fritz Bélizaire, former Minister of Sports, as the new Prime Minister, replacing Ariel Henry, and named Edgard Leblanc Fils, former President of the Senate, as the head of the institution in charge of the transition in the country.
