Haitian PM says current situation is result of policies, not 'inevitability'

United Nations, July 3 (EFE).- The newly appointed Prime Minister of Haiti, Garry Conille, thanked Kenya this Wednesday for sending the first police contingent to the Caribbean country to collaborate in the fight against gangs.
