Greenpeace activist hangs on facade of EC building to protest Brussels nuclear summit

Brussels, Mar 21 (EFE).- (Camera: Pablo Garrigós) A Greenpeace activist protested against nuclear energy by hanging from the façade of the building where the Nuclear Energy Summit is taking place in Brussels.

Heads of state and government are holding a meeting in Brussels on Thursday for the first EU Nuclear Energy Summit, which aims to highlight the crucial role of nuclear energy in reducing the use of fossil fuels, securing energy supplies and promoting economic development.
