Los Angeles (United States), March 21 (EFE).- The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, held a press conference this Thursday on the approval of Proposition 1, a measure that includes a $6.4 billion bond to finance the treatment and housing of homeless people with serious mental illness and addictions.
