Giant panda Katyusha plays with her mother Ding Ding at Moscow Zoo

Moscow (Russia), Mar 12 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Yuri Kochetkov) Giant panda cub Katyusha and her mother Ding Ding play in an enclosure at the Moscow Zoo.

Russia's first Russian-born giant panda cub named Katyusha was born on 24 August 2023 at the Moscow Zoo.

China gave Katyusha's parents to Russia in April 2019 in honour of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Russia.

The male Ru Yi was three years old at the time, and the female Ding Ding was two years old.
