German prosecutor's office investigates assistant to far-right MEP for spying for China

Karlsruhe (Germany), April 23 (EFE).-Police vehicles arrived today at the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) in Karlsruhe, Germany, marking a day of intense media attention. The German Prosecutor's Office issued a statement detailing serious accusations against Jian G., allegedly for being an employee of a Chinese secret service and at the same time working for a German member of the European Parliament since 2019, acting as a double agent by passing confidential information to his Chinese client.
