German Minister for Family Affairs speaks about basic child allowance

Berlin (Germany), August 18 (EFE).- The German Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, Lisa Paus, gives a press conference in Berlin. Paus spoke mainly about the basic child allowance after she had been blocking German Finance Minister Lindner's 'Growth Opportunities Law' and criticized it for putting corporate tax breaks ahead of child welfare funding.
