German government approves 'controlled legalisation' of cannabis use

Berlin (Germany), Aug 16 (EFE) - (Camera: Clemens Bilan) The German coalition government approved a bill for the "controlled legalisation" of cannabis, which aims to decriminalise the possession of quantities of up to 25 grams and the self-cultivation of up to three marijuana plants.
