German defence minister announces armed forces' reform

Berlin, Apr 4 (EFE) - (Camera: José Manzaneque) German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius announced Thursday a reform of the command structures of the Bundeswehr (Armed Forces) and reiterated his decision to open a debate on the possible reintroduction of compulsory military service.
