Gaza protests near Kamala Harris' rally in Washington | Video

Washington, Oct 29 (EFE).- Hundreds of protesters gathered on the National Mall near where Vice President Kamala Harris held a symbolic campaign rally.

Chanting ‘Free Palestine’ and calling for an end to the Gaza conflict, the protesters voiced their opposition during Harris' speech.

Harris made no direct reference to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but emphasised that her administration would support allies and defend US security and leadership around the world.

The rally took place a week before the November 5 election, in which Harris faces Republican candidate Donald Trump. (Camera: PAULA ESCALADA MEDRANO).
