Funeral of priest shot dead in northwest Pakistan

Peshawar, Jan 30 (EFE/EPA).- Relatives, friends and Pakistan Christian devotees bade farewell on Sunday to a Christian priest who was gunned down when driving back home after Sunday prayers in the Pakistani city of Peshawar.

Militants have repeatedly targeted Pakistan's small Christian minority in recent years.

Since the Taliban took control of neighbouring Afghanistan, there has been an increase in violence in Pakistan. (Camera: ARSHAD ARBAB).
