French rail workers hold strike against pension reform

Paris, April 20 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Christophe Petit-Tesson) Rail traffic in France was disrupted on Thursday as a consecuence of a strike called by unions in protest agaisnt the controversial pension reform.

The strike is expected to affect one in five regional trains, 60% of Intercity trains during the day and all those at night, the state company SNCF announced, adding that traffic will be practically normal on national and international high-speed trains.
