France facing 'most severe drought' ever recorded

Saint-Martin-du-Var (France), Aug 7 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Sebastien Nogier) The lack of rain, aggravated by the successive heat waves that France has been facing in recent months, has forced the country's authorities to impose limitations in some uses of water.

The governmen activated on Friday a crisis cabinet for the "most serious drought ever recorded" in the country.
