France celebrates its day of reflection on Saturday ahead of Sunday's elections

Paris (France), Jun 29 (EFE/EPA) - France lives this Saturday a day of reflection before legislative elections that are announced historic by the more than foreseeable victory of the National Rally (RN) of Marine Le Pen that can open the door to the first far-right government in eight decades.

Once closed the electoral campaign that had to be organized in a hurry after the surprise convocation of the elections on June 9 by the president, Emmanuel Macron, today voting begins in the French territories of America and then Polynesia before the polling stations open on Sunday in the rest of the country.
