Guadalajara, Oct 30 (EFE).- Producing food, processing it naturally, and using ancestral ingredients has made traditional cuisine unique, not only in Mexico but also in other regions. Reina Rayón is an indigenous Otomí from the State of Mexico who has been cooking the traditional food of her community since she was a teenager. During her participation in the 7th Mexican Gastronomy Forum being held in the Mexican city of Guadalajara, she told EFE that this type of gastronomy has its roots and taste from the countryside.
