The flow on the border with Haiti, impassive to Sunday's Dominican elections

Dajabón (Dominican Republic), May 17 (EFE).- The Dominican border crossing of Dajabón, on the border with Haiti, is experiencing Friday the characteristic commotion of the binational market, with thousands of Haitians crossing into the Dominican Republic to buy items that are scarce in their country or to sell their products, a flow unmoved by Sunday's Dominican elections and the harsh discourse against Haitian migration of its main candidates.
